Nicole Leinbach Reyhle is an experienced retail and wholesale professional who founded Retail Minded in 2007 after working for corporate wholesale and retail companies that included Adidas, Nordstrom, Sears Corporation and Franco Sarto Footwear. Founded in an effort to support independent retail focused businesses throughout the United States, Retail Minded has become a leading destination for small businesses to gain quality and trusted insight to help support their one-of-a-kind businesses. Additionally, Reyhle contributes regularly to a variety of publications and industry outlets that include Entrepreuner.com, Forbes.com, IBM, Fiverr and countless B2B publications – having published over 2K articles about retail since 2007. Reyhle speaks regularly at conferences and expos worldwide, as well as co-founded the Independent Retailer Conference in 2012 to offer retailers and industry business leaders the opportunity to engage, learn and connect face to face. In 2014, Reyhle also released her first book from McGraw Hill –  Retail 101: The Guide to Managing and Marketing Your Retail Business – and began serving as the Spokesperson for Small Business Saturday from American Express. JASMINE GLASHEEN

Writer & Generational Marketer

Jasmine Glasheen is a writer and retail thought leader with a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Writing from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Glasheen began her career in retail as a catalogue model at the tender age of fourteen and since then has worked in traditional retail, with trade shows and as a frequent contributor to various retail publications both online and off. As the former editor of Off-Price Retailing Magazine, Glasheen comes to Retail Minded with a passion for the written word, artistic disposition, and a unique perspective. A blue-blooded millennial, her generational insights have been quoted in Forbes and in RetailDive, as well as Glasheen is a featured panelist on RetailWire’s BrainTrust while writing for multiple publications in the retail, business and technology sectors. Glasheen is a big advocate for small businesses and philanthropic marketing, as well as loves thinking creatively to find new ways to help brands get noticed by Millennial and Generation Z. Additionally, Glasheen believes that success in business means constant innovation, and is constantly researching creative social strategies for business growth. Eric Reyhle’s background in business development and operational management makes Reyhle the perfect fit for Retail Minded’s behind-the-scenes needs. In addition to his professional experience at global, major financial corporations, Reyhle has a degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas. Reyhle’s commitment to Retail Minded is fueled by his perspective that small business owners find strength through each other, and he works diligently to deliver results that support small business owners’ unique needs. Additionally, Reyhle was raised in a home whose parents both were entrepreneurs and recognizes the importance of providing total lifestyle support to small business owners. HEIDI AMES 

Manager, Partner Programs

Heidi Ames is an experienced business development professional with years of experience working with/for retail clients and independent businesses.  Ames  previously founded the Chicago sales/promotion department at The Onion, a weekly, independent online and print newspaper whose primary client and partner base is small, boutique retail business.  As one of the founding members, she established and managed successful partnerships and promotions with Chicago-based boutique retailers marketing products and services as diverse as used and antique records, artisan jewelry and craft beer.  Ames has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Bowling Green State University and resides in the Lincoln Square Neighborhood of Chicago with her husband Brett and two daughters.
