Vend Introduces An ‘Expert’ Webinar Series For Knowledge-Thirsty Retailers

Vend, the world’s leading cloud-based POS and retail business software, has launched an educational webinar series for retailers. This initiative aims to provide retailers with invaluable advice from global experts, to help sharpen their business strategies.
The free, monthly Retail Success webinars will cover hot topics in retail from customer success, to ecommerce, to future trends and more. Each 30-minute webinar will be hosted by a different Top 50 Retail Influencer who brings with them years of industry expertise and insight.
Alicia Fiorletta, Senior Editor at Retail TouchPoints, will host the first webinar in the series on April 22. Covering the top five emerging trends in social commerce, Alicia will go over some of the latest social commerce research and strategies, and spotlight retailers who are already doing amazing work on social channels.
In this first webinar retailers will learn about:
  • Turning Instagram feedback into bottom-line results
  • Embracing user-generated content across channels
  • Connecting social media to the store to increase sales
  • Leveraging influencers and advocates
  • Testing new and up-and-coming networks
Retailers interested in the webinar topics are encouraged to send any questions prior to the session to or tweet them using the #retailsuccess hashtag. All presentations will also be made available for viewing online so they can be watched at a later date.

Anyone is able to register to attend the webinars, simply by clicking here.
