Vend Introduces An ‘Expert’ Webinar Series For Knowledge-Thirsty Retailers

The free, monthly Retail Success webinars will cover hot topics in retail from customer success, to ecommerce, to future trends and more. Each 30-minute webinar will be hosted by a different Top 50 Retail Influencer who brings with them years of industry expertise and insight.

Alicia Fiorletta, Senior Editor at Retail TouchPoints, will host the first webinar in the series on April 22. Covering the top five emerging trends in social commerce, Alicia will go over some of the latest social commerce research and strategies, and spotlight retailers who are already doing amazing work on social channels.

In this first webinar retailers will learn about:

Turning Instagram feedback into bottom-line results
Embracing user-generated content across channels
Connecting social media to the store to increase sales
Leveraging influencers and advocates
Testing new and up-and-coming networks
