What Keeps Your (Retail) Lights On?

Every store has that something. Or at least ever store should.

Not sure what that “something” is? It’s what consistently draws customers to your store. It’s what nearly always pays the majority of your bills. It’s what keeps your store lights on.

Often, retailers search endlessly to find stand-out products that keep customers intrigued and coming back to their stores – yet just often, those same customers never buy those fun, new finds. Instead? They reach for their tried and true classic white t-shirts, vanilla scented candles or simple white plates. In other words… they go for what they know, what they’re comfortable with and what they know they will enjoy for the long haul.

While it’s okay to search for the unique finds that help to make your store stand out, don’t neglect the products that customers so easily gravitate to. These are often the ones that keep your doors open.
