After starting in the shoe business as a sales associate in high school, Scott Starbuck started City Soles in 1991. In between that time he was a buyer, merchandiser and manager, so owning his own business was a natural fit. since he had a wide range of experience to bring to his own store. Nearly twenty years later, City Soles excels in customer satisfaction based on both their customer service and amazing product assortment. Owner Starbuck travels the globe from Milan to Vegas, scouring the markets for men’s and women’s footwear such as Joie, Chie Mirhara and much more. I bought a pair of shoes here a couple years ago. This place is great. While the merch is priced somewhat high, because it’s a small business and not a chain I was able to negotiate a much better deal. Well worth checking out.

Scott is not an honerable person – be careful with money matters with him.
I sold him over $5000 worth of shoes at wholesale. He sold them in his store but never paid for them. I tried every known way to get him to pay, but he simply refused to do so.
According to the collection agency I hired – he has done this numerous times in the past too.
