Retail Minded’s Founder to Speak at Wild Bird Retailer Expo  

Geneva, IL (September 22, 2013) – Retail Minded’s Founder and Publisher Nicole Leinbach Reyhle is scheduled to be a keynote speaker at Gold Crest Distributing’s Wild Bird Expo in Mexico, Missouri on October 2, 2013.

The Wild Bird Expo is an annual, three day event held by Gold Crest Distributing that provides over 100 major nature industry vendors and free seminars for attending retailers exclusively in the wild bird, gift and pet categories. Their three day event is designed to support retailers in their store buying as well as in their overall store success. Retail Minded’s Reyhle is particularly excited to join the Wild Bird Expo this year as a keynote speaker, discussing ways in which store staff can better support the customer experience.

I’m a huge advocate for strong customer service, and spend a great deal of time researching how specialty stores in particular can further enhance their in-store, customer experience. Working with such a niche, unique group of retailers is an honor, and I look forward to delivering a presentation on ways to better support and understand customers – with the ultimate goal to increase  store sales,” Reyhle stated.

In addition to Reyhle, award winning Author, Naturalist, Wildlife Photographer, and Purveyor of Gee-Whiz Nature information Stan Tekiela will deliver a keynote presentation, as well. Attendees will also have time to shop Gold Crest Distributing’s Warehoues for their stores and meet with over 100 vendors in attendance.
