First Ever “REPS POP UP” Event

April 15,2014 – Elgin, Illinois – While many are familiar with retail stores popping up and having temporary storefronts, there is a new trend kicking off thanks to a Illinois based vendor rep Gina Lempa. Taking place May 19, 2014 in Geneva, Illinois, Lempa and various other participating reps will deliver a wholesale event to be held at the Comfort Inn in Geneva  on Monday, May 19, 2014. Doors open for early bird shoppers at 7:30 am and the event will conclude at  7:30 pm.

This will be a fun, mini show featuring five independent reps offering a multitude of lines. This first time event offers our mutual customers an opportunity to place orders, meet new reps and find new lines, ” Pop Up Founder and event organizer Lempa tell us.

Participating reps are Kathie Jo Allen representing Tapscott and several collegiate lines, as well as rep Julie Lancia from White Ginger, a multi- line manufactures rep group, Gina Lempa representing Melrose International, Vickerman Company and two additional Made in America lines. Additional reps include Rosemary Mattick featuring Floridus Design Images and Finley Grace Promotions, as well as Jenny Osters of Sullivans, Roman and Darren Gygi.

Raffle prizes will include overnight hotel accommodations from three major gift markets – with one package including airfare – and several popular trade publication subscriptions, including Retail Minded Magazine. Each rep will also be raffling off product gift baskets.  There will also be three mobile showrooms on site, each available for product viewing.

This will be a fun event with a variety of lines to view, good food and great prizes!  This is a great opportunity to see several reps at one time,” shares Jenny Osters.
