Retail Association of Maine Renews Retail Minded Partnership
Parker, CO (February 11, 2015) – The Retail Association of Maine and Retail Minded have renewed their premier level partnership in an effort to better support the independent businesses and retailers within the Retail Association of Maine organization.
Delivered up to eight times a year, the Retail Association of Maine will introduce Retail Minded Magazine and other educational resources provided by Retail Minded to their members throughout the year. Each issue of Retail Minded Magazine will be co-branded with the Retail Association of Maine logo to further support their efforts in providing their members educational value, while also providing the Retail Association of Maine a chance to deliver quality, relevant, industry-specific news and support for their businesses.
We are pleased to continue our relationship with Retail Minded. As retail is Maine’s largest employment sector, Retail Minded helps my local, Maine members with pertinent information, quality writing and tips they use every day,” stated Curtis Picard, executive director of the Retail Association of Maine.
The Retail Association of Maine is governed by a 21-member Board of Directors, 2/3 of which are based in Maine. The full membership meets once a year in October. Association benefits include, but are not limited to, a 401K program, a credit/debit card processing program, discounted electricity, fuel oil and natural gas, and several other benefits.
The Retail Association of Maine has been a longtime partner of Retail Minded, and we’re thrilled to continue our partnership with them. Picard and his entire team are so committed in supporting their state merchants, and we’re honored to help in our own, unique way through our Partner Program,” Retail Minded’s Founder and Publisher Nicole Leinbach Reyhle stated.
Retail Minded’s Partner Program was designed to further support associations and other retail focused groups in helping their members gain trusted and valued retail news, education and support. Partners of this program include Illinois Retail Merchants Association, North Carolina’s Retail Merchant Association, the Kentucky Retail Federation, Crafter’s Home retail group, Main Street New Jersey, the Wisconsin Jeweler’s Association and many others.
